Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Overview: As a Senior Product Manager at VIVOTEK, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of our product strategy. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver product features on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points through user research and feedback analysis.
  • Track key product metrics and performance indicators and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders, including executives and customers.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams towards a common vision and goals.
